Range of Application

The unit serves to analyse dry powdery to coarse grained materials. By using sieves with different mesh openings respectively perforations, the material sample is almost tolerance-free classified into its grain composition. The achieved reproducible values provide information making it possible to draw conclusions for milling, grinding and other processes.

Test Sieves

The unit serves to define the partition of grain sizes of bulk goods in laboratories and production. All our analyse and test sieves are fitted with selected metal wire cloth according to DIN ISO 3310 or ASTM E11-87. The test screening machine JEL 200 II is used for the actual analysing.
